How to use it

  1. 01

Set 1–180 practice minutes, 0–60 rest minutes, and 1–30 rounds. Rest is scheduled only between rounds.

  2. 02

Press Start to begin. The display shows the current round, phase, remaining time and phase progress.

  3. 03

Pause when you need to stop. Resume to continue from the same point, or Reset to begin the plan again.

TRY THIS

Put the numbers into practice.

Three rounds of 15 minutes with 3-minute rests take 51 minutes: 45 minutes of practice and two rests. There is no extra rest after the final round.

Behind the numbers

Total duration = practice minutes × rounds + rest minutes × (rounds − 1). Time remaining is recalculated from the browser’s monotonic elapsed-time clock, so display refreshes do not accumulate timer drift.

Switching tabs or locking your screen pauses the timer. It stays paused when you return. Changing tools resets that tool’s session. Optional cues are short generated tones and depend on your device audio settings.

A LITTLE CLARITY

Questions, answered.

Does it keep counting in the background?

No. The timer pauses as soon as the page becomes hidden. Return and press Resume when you are ready; it does not run a background alarm.

Can I turn off the sound?

Yes. The phase cue is optional and starts disabled. Enable it before starting a session. No sound files are downloaded, and no microphone permission is needed.

Are my sessions saved?

No. Practice settings and progress exist only in the current page’s memory. Reloading, switching tools, or closing the page resets the session.
